Join our boutique agency and work alongside a team of other motivated professionals who are committed to making IT, marketing, and operations as simple as possible for the legal and financial industries.
In short, we want somebody who will develop a technical understanding of our clients' systems while patiently translating our technical work into simple communications and requests for busy professionals on the go.
Job requirements
Here’s some of what you’ll do daily/weekly/monthly:
- Respond promptly to staff requests for technical assistance and document accordingly
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and provide solutions
- Set up hardware, software, and installations as needed
- Assist with vendor management for hardware and software procurement
- Ability to travel onsite to support customers
- Adhere to policies and document processes for clients and agency employees
Here’s what you might have to be a good fit:
The ability to communicate in simple, non-technical terms while remaining patient with clients
A willingness to learn and be resourceful on the internet (that’s it, really, but other stuff nice too!)
Experience with Google Workspace and office 365
IT certifications (A+, etc.)
Ability to identify opportunities for enhancing processes and contribute to the agency’s knowledge base
Here's what you might have to be a perfect fit:
- Certifications of the related sort (Sys Admin, Microsoft, Dell, etc.)
- Experience or certifications in CRM software (HubSpot or SalesForce)
- Experience or certifications in technical marketing (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, etc.)
- Experience with business intelligence and operational reporting
