Junior Graphic Designer

We are seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to contribute to our growing creative team.

This role will focus on developing visual designs for a variety of print and digital media, requiring you to use design principles and industry best practices for consistent deliverables.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, enabling them to effectively articulate your design decisions and manage your time across clients.

Responsibilities:

• Use current design programs such as Figma, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and Webflow to create visual designs and graphics for print and digital projects

• Create and design print and digital assets (website design experience a plus)

• Collaborate with the creative team on design projects and creative tasks

• Assist with order management of marketing materials for clients

• Adhere to brand guidelines and complete projects according to deadlines

• Multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Stay current with industry trends, tools, and design techniques

Qualifications:

• A portfolio that highlights creative style and experience.

• Ability to communicate with team members clearly and effectively

• Experience with Webflow, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite is preferred but training is provided

• Excellent organizational skills in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multitask

• An associates degree in graphic design, or relevant work experience is preferred

• Portfolio must be submitted - candidates who do not submit a portfolio will not be selected for an interview
